Shoot at least one roll of film and create interesting uses of shallow depth of field and interesting uses of long depth of field.
Hand in:
1 contact sheet – 4 prints
2 prints to show an interesting use of shallow depth of field
2 prints to show an interesting use of long depth of field
Notes:
For shallow depth of field try focusing on something close to the camera
Also use wider apertures ie. 2.8, 4, 5.6 (compensate with faster shutter speeds)
Don’t forget to make equivalent exposures
Also for shallow DOF, shoot on overcast days, or in shadow, or during twilight hours
